Meno-pause
Take a menopause & breathe
Are you navigating the physical, emotional and mental side of menopause? You deserve calm, compassionate and practical support to help you through it. I'm Lucy — a former Advanced Skills Teacher and breast cancer survivor who's lived through menopause twice, now your qualified and certified Menopause Coach. BMI affiliate.

We've got this.
Whatever stage you're at, I'm here to help — with 1:1 coaching, retreats, or practical support for your business. Let's help you face and embrace this next stage of your life.
I can support you through menopause with coaching
Did you know that 1 in 10 women leave their jobs because of menopause? Or that menopause is cited as a cause in 73% of midlife divorces?
With the amount of change going on in your body through menopause, isn't it time you gave yourself the same attention we give to puberty and pregnancy? You owe it to yourself.
I will work with you through a powerful coaching plan developed by world renowned menopause coach Lauren Chiren of Women of a Certain Stage, that can transform your experience of menopause.
If brain fog has you losing words mid-sentence or forgetting why you walked into a room, you're not losing your mind — it's a recognised part of menopause, and there are practical techniques to work with it. Together, we'll also build your confidence back up and bring your anxiety down, so you feel like yourself again.
And support doesn't stop when the sessions end — you'll get follow-up check-ins to help what you've learned actually stick.

Six things you can do today to regain control
Coaching isn't just about how you feel — it's about practical tools that make a measurable difference to your symptoms.
Notice your patterns
Keep a simple note of sleep, mood and energy for two weeks. Patterns show you what actually helps, rather than guessing.
Drink more than you think you need
Menopause blunts your sense of thirst. Even mild dehydration can make brain fog and hot flushes worse — so drink on a schedule, not just when you feel thirsty.
Anchor your morning and evening
A short, calm routine at either end of the day steadies your nervous system and improves sleep quality over time.
Build strength and flexibility
Regular movement supports mood and energy now, and protects your bones and heart for the long term.
Protect your energy
Saying no where you can isn't indulgent — it's one of the most effective, practical tools you have for managing symptoms.
Ask for the right help
At home and at work. A clear conversation about what you need is often the single biggest change you can make.

What clients say
Real feedback from the women and businesses I've worked with — added here as it comes in.
Lucy creates a space where you feel completely safe to be honest. She listens in a way that's incredibly rare — not just to the words you're saying, but to what's underneath them. She has a remarkable ability to make you feel truly seen and understood. I always leave a coaching conversation feeling clearer, more empowered and more confident in myself.
— Carly, Coaching Client
It's the first time I've felt heard.
— Attendee, menopause talk
Lucy has a natural ability to put her audience at ease with her humour and interactive approach. She was both engaging and informative, providing crucial information to the audience who left feeling empowered and inspired. One attendee said she now understood the symptoms she was experiencing and why, while another said she felt "armed with information" to help manage her own.

The Devon Retreat — find yourself in nature.
Small hinges swing big doors.
Set deep in the Devon countryside, this retreat is about reconnecting with yourself through nature — woodland walks, log fires, wild mornings and quiet space to think, away from screens and everyday noise.

On the Devon retreat site you have the option of a croft style cottage, a luxury shepherd's hut, a log cabin or a gypsy caravan. You are welcome to bring a campervan. If the onsite accommodation is all booked you can join us as a dayboarder and we will send you a list of local places to stay.

Does your business need a Menopause Action Plan? I can help
Are you unclear about what you currently offer employees experiencing menopause? Could you do with some strategies to develop your offering and meet the new guidelines and legislation?
From April 2027, businesses with 250+ employees are required to have a Menopause Action Plan. If you're an employer with under 250 employees, why not get ahead of the game?
It's not just about compliance. Retaining your experienced employees and decreasing sick leave makes good business sense. I can work with you on this.
- I can work with you to audit your current provision
- I can help you write your Action Plan
- I can set up supportive partnerships in your organisation
- I can train your managers to support staff with menopause symptoms
- I can suggest adjustments that can be made to your working environment
- I'll provide ongoing follow-up support to help your Action Plan stick, not just sit in a drawer
But most importantly, I can help you to retain your employees.
